Everything.. even nothing to like.. for me it was very bad experience with ozell cooner paints.. they are not adhered on company policies. They didn't value your work and time. I give my 100% to this company and at the end nothing is in my favor. Their vendors are also surfing for payments. Company timings are 10 to 6.30 .but you have to work 9 to 8 even at night also. No working calture is there ,without any intimation they will terminate their employee. If you are employee in this company don't depand on f& f just take your salary on salary day and go home. Nothing, they pretend like they are growing but actually no growth in company directors are good in nature but internal staff is not good no management no value of your work

Cheap mentally people are working their no working atmosphere, no work life balance, no employee benefits if employee are sick they make more pressure of working they didn't give you proper training rather than they expect output from you
