There is nothing that you'll like about working at Oyo.

Dislikes

The company has pathetic work culture. They don't care anything about their employees. Even they don't have any recreational area for the employees to relax for a bit. They would expect you to work 24/7. Plus they won't appreciate you for the work you've done. Whatever you do is gonna be little only for them....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
