Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Nothing, All things are average. You can't expect on-time salary, Their account is always empty for transferring employee salary. Also you have to give 2 months notice period before leaving. Products are third-class quality, No quality whatsoever. Never consider this to join You can't grow.
