1. Here is strict Log in time but no Log out time Sr. manager said if you guys extra half an hour this excercise build your image in Owen Media, they force you to work after 8pm . 2. Only 10% appraisal for all in a year. 3. No manners from Top management to talk to team members . 4. There is a lobby of DAM and AM's and they always want you to work, talk and behave according to them. 5. No job security. 6. The worst environment is when you're expected to work from home on your desktop, with constant tracking. They give a mere 10% raise during appraisals, and even that comes with tears. They target and fire people if you don't meet their standards.

Company culture is awesome, leave policy is good, the company throws in some benefits in kind on occasion/event-basis. The working hours are strict 9 hours day shift, which is great. The people working in the company are highly knowledgeable and behaves good with everyone!

The company has a growing encouragement for micromanagement. The company fires every now and then. The job security at Owen Media is a disappointment. The HR is strictly bound to the higher management and takes instant action if the higher management insists on doing so.
