I am Writing to share my concerns about my experience with the company.initially , i was hired as an software Engineer on the promise of providing me the necessary training (which is why i opted this Job), but my role was unexpectedly shifted to Customer Care, where i was tasked to assist their customers and generate leads(where i have to tell lies and ask customers to pay to upgrade them)The work hours are inconsistent, with expectations to be available 24/7, and the Compensation does not reflect this demand
There is noticeable lack of professionalism and significant amount of internal Politics within the company, it is disheartening to observe the disparity in the treatment, with non-tamilians experiencing bias and discrimination, specifically, the Technical department has its share of issue , particularly, with the Developer leaf of the OVI Panel Team, who exhibits unprofessional behavior and appears to be unsupportive of colleges professional growth
Career advancement opportunists are limited, and the HR team has not been effective in addressing these concerns, additionally , there is skepticism about the authenticity of the positive reviews on this platform, as they are encouraged by the CRM Team especially Venky. Many technical department staff members struggle with communication and lack basic professional etiquette, even in their native language.
I advise potential candidates to carefully considers these points before making a decision, it is important to be aware of these issue and not be swayed solely by the positive reviews
See all the Positive reviews written? They are forced to be written by the CRM Team , most of the People Working on the Technical Department does not even know Proper English ,
Do Not Fall for these Positive Reviews , you might see more positive reviews on the Glassdoor they are direclty written by CRM and acts as Goon if someone writes the Truth on those platform
Its Funny to see these 12th Fails act like they own the Company when they see the Juniors who are Graduates, especially Tilak (who is a 10th Pass and has the freedom to Go any time come anytime , and take day-off as he wish and expects his juniors to keep working even after working hours)
Also some People like Saravana (from OVI), Ashwini, Harshitha,....Thinks the Company runs Because of them...Read More

I find it ethically troubling that there is a requirement to mislead customers for the lead, this practice conflicts with my personal values and professional standards, additionally , there is a lack of consistence in the job roles, which seem to chance frequently based on the references of those incharge, irrespective of the details outlined in the offer letter.
Furthermore , when complaints arise, it is often expected for a software engineer to address the issues directly, given that the company operates 24/7, it would be more appropriate for the complaints to be handled by the next shift, unfortunately , this does not always happen , which adds to challenges faced by employees
Lastly, there appears to be lack of gender equality within the company.Female employees often benefit from more favorable working conditions , such as competing their shifts within the standard 9 hours , while male employees are frequently required to work 12 to 13 hours also reducing the 1 hour lunch break to 30 mins and as soon as lunch is had which ever is earlier. This discrepancy undermines the company's stated commitment to gender equality...Read More
