There are several point to address:- 1.working ethics require the highest level of improvement 2.They provide the strict time constraints for task , which impacts the product quality and lead to unnecessary overtime for employess ,and work pressure 3.Documentation is lacking every time 4.Leadership and management quality is Subpar many more point to concerns as well .....etc

It takes a long time in final settlments of payments. The HR team members don’t even pick call and make the workers totally harase when he is on notice period and after he left company as by in paper work. Also they provide you the final certificate very late and its like you have to beg it from them. Perhaps the best company I have ever worked in. The other two can learn a thing or two from this small company. Most of the skills I picked up here, I am using till date.

Nothing except for rather small salary. But I was a fresher back then.

I started my career as Software engineer with Outworks. Back then they were hiring for Iphone development. I attended the interview and requested to be placed in Java development. They agreed and I started my career as Java web developer.

For contractual employee hardly the HR will connect with you or receives your calls. Forget about appraisal if u join here as a contractual employee. They will gives you lots of reason in very professional way why they can not do your appraisal.
