1. As most of leadership is stuck their since long , No body has any clue about scalability and embracing durable solutions for their products.. productions keep on breaking and they just try temporary fixes with some workarounds.. 2. No respect for promises they made you or ESOPs, They give you a raise appreciating your good work,and after one month of increment they will fire you without hearing your side.. 3. The ESOPs they promise you, will be forfeited even if they fired you without a warning , one month before of vesting and you were .. And esops were given while trying to retain you one year back when you resigned.. 4. Too much of focus on being in office than getting work done.. 5. No respect and approval for your permanent workarounds for sake of cost , as everyone is just happy to see recurring issues and temporary fixes 6. Your points and questions are not welcome in meetings.. Leadership must know good solutions mostly does not come from a single brilliant mind, but when many brains brainstorm together.. 7. Top level leadership trust too much on middle level leadership.. No skip level meetings to know the ground reality and equations of teams 8. Old employees with senior titles easily get offended 9. No clear responses on any issues like ESOPs and Increments My advice to higher management is: Don't think you have chosen the people, This is possible some employees may have chosen you on basis of some early merits which diminished with time.....Read More

I did not like the company treated their employees. There is no Job Security. How much hard work you do but founder and co founder is not going to motivate their team. There are a loads of miscommunication and misunderstanding due to few team members and old staff always get leverage to share their person feedback which spoils the employee image.
I actually liked very much when I have joined Xoxoday but later i realised that XOXODAY is just another unorganised organisation. There is no proper process and sops to drive the Operations successfully.
