Great work culture. One of the best best outsourcing company I have ever come across so far. Zero toxic environment , training has been given from scratch to end. Immense mental peace and love the environment to work. One of the best thing that I appreciate the most is 5 working days UK working hours and work from home facility.

I have learned a lot during my job. Flexibility is there. My training Manager Ms. Nickita Vilas is very responsive and knowledgeable. She is patient with my questions and happy to jump on the call when needed in a very sophisticated manner. Her advice is very helpful for all.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
