I would recommend you to not join this company as credit analyst as there is no scope and as well there are many politics going on inside. There is one illiterate manager who keeps on targeting you unnecessarily, and you would not have any personal life if you are working in credit department. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
