Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? Only the fact that this office is in prime location accessible for all kinds of transportation.

Extreme micromanaging from the founder, very disrespectful and toxic environment. Usage of abusive language in day to day communication is a top down approach here. They hold payments of vendors after getting the work done and leave the employee on the front line to answer the vendor threats. Everything in this organisation works based on the limited knowledge and whims and fancies of the founder. No leader can survive this place, unless you are Founder's pet.
