The first thought that comes to mind after getting an job offer is about career growth. Even if you work in MNC, if you're not going forward then surely you're going backwards. And that exactly what I first though when I got offered by Oswaal Books for the position of content manager. I thought about everything including relocation,rent, job security, increment, annual leaves, P.F. and what not. Finally after taking the leap of faith, I came in this new city, new job location, and met these new people. Now, the first thing that I needed to work on was where I'm going to live and where I'm going to eat. On the very first day, I met the CEO of the company, Mr. Prashant Jain, and the very first thing he asked - "Have you found any place to live?" Not only he just asked, he himself assigned few persons in the company to help me find a decent place to live. Later in the Lunch Hour, people came around with lunch boxes to share with me, and suggested zillions of places to find good food and lunch systems.
