Starting few months were really good with support of a sr. team member & project lead back then who helped a lot in learning, growing else manager has been a trash with no managerial skills. Too pressureable environment. If promoted no hike, in appraisal only ltd hike for the entire year. Nothing more received as bonus except incase the client pays extra with our own efforts. I have worked for the organisation for more then 2.5years however there is no work life balance, too much of politics done by two managers who have been working from long time; do a lot of micro mangement. Out of the two one is so dependent that the person fears of taking decisions & be dependent on the other rather then two of efficient project leads in the same team. You will be forced to leave because of this two managers working in night shifts. They even ruin the mind of other experienced employees who are also into lead positions, force them to do micro management and if they deny the mgr along with another junior leads plots some dirty politics to stick to the position of senior manager. Even the top management don't hear other employees concerns. You will be forced to work on weekends, will be questioned on your leaves. If you are growing you urself will be core responsible because other then two project heads none of the people even asks or help you. Because of these two heads whose incredible support helps to learn more & grow & will be responsible for your survival(as per our experience (people of 5)) else if they are removed or left the org is fully toxic created by this two mgr and one jr lead. They are even targetting one project head to the core so that team listens only to these toxic people. Downfall will surely start if management do not take the right decision....Read More

There is too much office politics here and no one actually listens to your concerns. Manager act like they care but never takes actions, instead they’ll find a way to blame you, questioning your tone or labelling you as arrogant, even for professional emails. Team lead talk behind your back and mangers blindly believe them. Job security is shaky, they can let you go anytime with their planning and politics if you don’t say yes to everything they say or if you don’t agree with them. And if by chance your shift is different from the team’s, they’ll keep taunting you for not being a “TEAM PLAYER” even though the shift difference makes it hard to connect because you have other responsibilities as well after your working hour. The manager has no people management skills and listen only to the leads, if you’re a team member you literally have no one with whom you can speak about your concern. When I raised a concern about micromanagement, he straight up said, “ Yes, I’m doing it, and I’ll continue.” Promotions are based on favouritism and not performance and professionalism is almost nonexistent. If a client escalates, whether it’s your fault or not, management will focus on proving you wrong instead of supporting(not saying to prove client wrong but at least in the background support the executive instead of blaming them). There’s no leave encashment if you resign, so better to use your leaves before you go. Honestly, it’s not worth staying in a place where your work and respect don’t matter....Read More
