There is no work-life balance in this company if your team manager is Parvej. He is egoistic and forces employees to work 11 to 12 hours daily. The official office hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, but if you are in Parvej's team, you will be required to work long hours every day. Although the company follows a Monday-to-Friday work schedule, employees in Parvej's team are forced to come in on Saturdays as well. Company hires fresher candidates. Good Company to start your career. Flexible working hours. Good environment in Process team but some process are very bad for work. HR are useless in some cases.

Sometimes you have to give extra hours for work... No compensation for Working on weekends...... Some Managers are not to worth have it as Manager.

It has Good environment also there is good management, and I got good promotion within 2 years, all the trainers and managers are very corporative with all the employees and grandly we celebrate all the functions, and there is 5 days working but sometime when the work load is more we have to work on Saturday

I am working in this company since 1 year . Management & work environment here is pretty good. The thing I like the most here is our safety and job security. HR make sures that our problems are never unheard and our issues are resolved. Staff is really supportive. Almost every festival is celebrated with very enthusiasm.

Misleading me from starting They hired me for HR operations but They shuffle me into BGV process after they shuffle me into Payroll process but the real situation is they said I need to do Payroll process but they assigned me I'D generation and ECode generation for new employees.
