Not at all a good company for freshers. Suitable for experienced professionals. Rude behavior of seniors. No job security. Some TLs are inefficient in managing their work and their team simultaneously. A lot of work pressure.

The product part of the company is good, it's fast paced, you are allowed to make mistakes (not many though) and it's good for interns and entry level software Engineers to learn while working on these projects.

Dislikes

The service part is horrible, they want you to do labor work and solve 4 tickets daily which is not feasible. Performance Reviews are done based on a few tasks given which we have to do in our personal time??? that does not make sense. Work culture is horrible, the attitude of management is the worst and the way they talk to you when you make a mistake is just blood boiling. Even in the product side every person in management will blame the person below them for any mistake. Your opinion does not matter, if you suggest something it will be ignored and you will be blamed for not suggesting the same thing later 😂....Read More
