I really appreciate this company and its policy. This is the company that not only trained me but also resist me with the power to decide my position. Learning, work environment and facilities are very good. Though salary is a little bit lower at start but as you prove yourself you will surly stand a good position. Thanks to all the management staff.

Work life balance and salary system is a little bit poor but satisfactory.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
