Good place to work for beginner and intermediate level experienced, Lot more automation and process need to be improvised , still some old school orthodox methods and technologies are used. Work and life life balance is good . Job security is good. Compensation are upto market standard.. Benefits as per norms. Wil gets goodies2 times every year.
