I loving to work into which environment we have it here.

Dislikes

Very slow in compiteing with product, slow in development for new product in market to be top hold your position from other compitetor. You can develop unique product for market which only you can monopoly for the market.

Work Details

My work in the Orthotech for development of sales of orthopedic implants in my areas, with interaction to surgeon regarding our products we have in our portfolio.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
