Working in Orthosquare, I realised that everyone's still finding their feet in their workplace, just like myself. Everyone has their responsibilities, but still make time for those who have difficulty understanding work. So basically there's a lot of cooperation amongst doctors to work together and solve a case. The guidance that isgiven by the cluster heads and regional head are apt and to the point, which makes understanding the work easier. The clinic environment remains fresh and it always is a pleasure to get new patients every other day. It feels good to treat them and see them satisfied and leave with a smile on their face....Read More

Dislikes

I wouldn't say that I dislike something about Orthosquare. It's just that, as of now, the only problem is that since there are new clinics coming up in certain areas of Bangalore, it will take time for patients to familiarize themselves with the doctor and the location of the clinic. Rest everything is going well. At least from my side, I do not have many complaints.

Work culture is pathetic. They don't pay their doctors and they treat their doctors like Garbage. Directors are most terrible people at Orthosquare. No Holidays and make you Work for 7days a week and make you work till 10pm and THEY'RE NOT EVEN PAYING. No respect for doctors and they are not even thinking about their patients.
