It was assured to all employees in an open forum, that considering current financial position of the company, least for the first six months of lock down no employee would be asked to leave his / her job. But it happened exactly the opposite. Quite a few employees were given pink slips, much before that. Being an MNC, company's original HR policies are quite good & human centric.
