The company doesn't give salary at right time, the company doesn't fullfill their promises, the company doesn't give us bonus before covid, during covit the company send us to LWP without informing us, when my salary stop that time I realize that they send me to LWP, and then after requesting to my reporting boss he send me the official mail about LWP, after 7 months of LWP my reporting boss personally message me through WhatsApp and told me to resign and also told me that if I will not resign from my job then the company abscond me. Here you can focus & learm many things as it's a consultancy & they're still growing. The scope of learning something new & developing of your skill will be much easier than other companies . There is pressure but it drpends on the team & department one is working with. Overall company culture is environment is good .
