It was my 1st job so I got an exposure to recruitment industry and they provide salary on time.

Dislikes

We learned nothing, it was more or less a telecaller job though the designation was " recruiter". Employee code of conduct is worse, no fixed timing, you have to stretch almost everyday. The sal was on time but not upto the mark.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Here you can focus & learm many things as it's a consultancy & they're still growing. The scope of learning something new & developing of your skill will be much easier than other companies .
