Company is employee supportive, they porvided full salery and expences timely at the time of lockdown also. Time to time trainings and motivations provided, HR contacted each employee in the period of lock down and asked about their health.

Dislikes

The company which is supporting to its employes, I don't think there is any dislike point in That company.

This company is good for more knowledge in excel. And MIS dept seniours are very good and help full nature in work.

Managers have not skills to handle our staff in field lable and no have any power to work smothly at field lable speciale in punjab project which is done by FCI, PUNGRAIN and Origo. Punjab project is not good for company image bcz company appoint many FCI retire persion. These staff alway gide for wrong direction at field lable and creat new problems every day. Only their training programs which is covered all aspects related to operations but some time too much training scheduled that's why employee getting terrible.

Their are nothing to say good or excellent, management doesn't address our issues no career growth, employee was working last 10 years he not getting promotion or appraisal, if fortunately he getting promotion or appraisal he not getting their increase salary, expenses which is done by employee to company behalf it's not came on time. senior managers never heard.
