Company is employee supportive, they porvided full salery and expences timely at the time of lockdown also. Time to time trainings and motivations provided, HR contacted each employee in the period of lock down and asked about their health.

Higher management is ok but at field lavel middle management to very bad here at punjab they show alway wrong report regarding field level staff....appraisals and bonous are not fair.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and tge management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.
