Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

There is nothing to like about the company due to management. Management thinks them selves God father of the company. Hence, no one would like to stay here. As per company we should get Free Food, Vehicle for transportation. But the quality of food is not up to the mark. And for transportation, we don't get vehicle on time Or at the time of need. But when it comes to management they just takes the vehicle with themselves for partying and enjoyment but if there is any person in need for hospital or any other urgency they don't provide and makes different excuses.
