Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. A good place to increase knowledge and helps to upgrade our self I learned many thing from here our manager and team are supportive all the time .It's been short time but learned many things at short span of time . The most likely thing is A good environment to work and learn.
