Leadership is involved in corporate politics and believes in favouritism, no space of person who does hard work with intigrity. have seen the worst leadership in my whole corporate career. 2-3 thugs are sitting on a leadership role and created a syndicate and ruining whole culture of the company, they always find a scape goat to protect themselves.

Worst culture, no management direction. Frequent changing of CEOs and BU Heads in Fan Division. National Sales Head, Service Head, 2 BU Heads and 3 CEOs have come in the past 1.5 years. Power centered around the owner, and everyone just serves the owner and their offspring.
