It's not a place for an engineer, either a supervisor or an operator level professional can grow ahead, no analysis and no planning it's just a damn horrible.

Management very bad and groupism plays bigger cards.

Company is still closed of Ranchi unit so can't reply about working.

Worst company i have been working because not paying even half of the salary during lock down still closed and even not assuring when it will open or not. Employees have become fascinated by the grain.
