the culture is good , MD has a good vision , Manufacturing plant team and plant head is very supportive . Product quality is very good. Birla Brand name has good recall

once you are in the company for a long period HR team feels that because of your incapability you are stuck here . Lot of Bureaucracy , and unwanted politics. Required decesions not taken on time. Lot of delay in decession making. HR team is still learning to get things in line. Employee feedback is not important for HR also most decesions are made without the involvement of on field employees.
