Personal growth is very slow.Bosses and Seniors are not judge their subordinates as per given task and works.There is no rotation policy at the time of giving yearly appraisals.seniors folks like me have to guide them step by step ,which is pain sometimes

once you are in the company for a long period HR team feels that because of your incapability you are stuck here . Lot of Bureaucracy , and unwanted politics. Required decesions not taken on time. Lot of delay in decession making. HR team is still learning to get things in line. Employee feedback is not important for HR also most decesions are made without the involvement of on field employees.
