My teammates is very good knowledgeable honest peoples and then every month some training needs conducting the management for example fire& safety,Behaviour based safety, road safety, etc. Orient management staff is understanding and management is motivating the employees and then taken work results so job is secured. I'm interestedin honest and hard work so if any organization is given well groth. Orient organization is given Salary package is good but apprisal system is not good mostly fifth number. once you are in the company for a long period HR team feels that because of your incapability you are stuck here . Lot of Bureaucracy , and unwanted politics. Required decesions not taken on time. Lot of delay in decession making. HR team is still learning to get things in line. Employee feedback is not important for HR also most decesions are made without the involvement of on field employees.
