You can balance your work life and personal life very well. Management people are very friendly and give space to say your opinion and evaluate your feedback for the improvement of the company and work space.

Dislikes

Middle Management should consider employees opinions. When we follow the same procedures for years and years it is better to upgrade the work plan. Salary is decent and on time. But career growth is slow and lot of politics.

Happy at the initial stages and become monotonous work after some years. No change of role or no additional responsibilities or no upgrade in work plan.

Being an account executive I learned a lot good work culture, office ambiencet is good. I really missed it.Forever my favourite job place.Again if I gets an opportunity I will join there coz I really missed it but in administration department.

Work pressure too high in accounts.Second thing I joined in junior level but one of my senior left when I joined within 3 months.while in probation I was handed over my senior responsibilities.I was under deep pressure where I could not able to learn more things I resigned my job unwillignessly actually what happened to me is unfair.Still I regret that I left such a good job.
