No job security, they can lay out in COVID- 19 pandemic situation. There financial condition is bad , but they are requited high package employees without knowledge of tiles industries by layout experienced tile industries employee . Some previous telecom industries employees appointed in this tiles company , they are not do well in this tiles company , but they are make lobby.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations. Pitching for my company as amarketer gets tiring and the task is slightly repetitive.

Over-all company is good but never go sales & credit control team that team is just robots they stays in office late night and also want you to stay too company is 5 days working but this team work 7 days on Saturday Sunday they want you to work from and you not get paid for it it's free you have stay in front of laptop every time if you have some you have taken permission even on weekend

Nothing to like. Most importantly never ask for your traveling expenses . They might fire you if u ask for that. They only want you to work for free of cost and once u ask for reimbursement they will give 1000 excuses not to give those. Perfect example of toxic work culture
