I am very satisfied with my work profile in this company.I do not see day & night in my work and worked delightly, which I also got rewarded by employees & management. The employees is quite honest & hardworking.The company can go long way.

Here the first base of pramotion is flattering. You will whole life but you can't say when your contribution is forgotten. Management does a lot of work to show only high management. Which hinders the development of the company.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have look after insurance, training, recruitment, employees engagement, Admin work Tea Vending Machine, ATM installation & maintenance, Orientation , Recruitment overall process.

For me as a Plant HR Head, the company had given lot of freedom viz., open to innovation and readily adopted latest ideas to implement. I love the fact that i am a part of good colleagues came from various cultural background who all we work happily in collaboration. Hope the OBL Hoskote Plant Employees will remember my best service in a very short tenure for longer time from now onwards.

Some non clarity in hierarchy matters. Duel Reporting, Not having proper guidelines by management on certain sensitive local issues. I had received many appreciations by all the top management people viz., from Plant Head, GM-HR, VP, COO, ED & MD .... But most of them gone unnoticed during recent days.....!?

Nothing to like. Most importantly never ask for your traveling expenses . They might fire you if u ask for that. They only want you to work for free of cost and once u ask for reimbursement they will give 1000 excuses not to give those. Perfect example of toxic work culture
