The place is a pure exploitation of the employees. They don't pay their employees but drives them to work really hard. There is no team building activities.The only thing we can do is to sit silently listening to some Radio FM songs. No learning no growth.

Another plus point is that there is no work pressure and convenient work time is an added advantage. I am really satisfied and happy working in Oregon technologies for about 2 and a half years.
