Officers keep on moving throughout their carrier, do not have stakes in the Organisation. None can achieve skills in a particular field - compromising on innovation and hence minimal of new products in Defence Application. Poor Carrier Planning leading to stagnation seriously affecting Moral of Officers. Interference of Federations in Productive Work Culture.
