Highly flexible environment with a balanced atmosphere. The HR Team is highly professional, and they are not those Traditional HRs you see in MNCs. They are creative and keep on taking initiatives to improve Employee experience here. When I joined, they made sure that I fit in to this new culture. Salary is credited every 1st, no matter what. That's my favorite part of working here :)

Nothing as such. Parking might be an issue as there are alot of employees in Bestech as a whole but they will help one out with that too.

No professionalism, arrogant management in engineering, refusal of written commitment on offer letter , management has no idea why they are hiring experience people ,not a company for highly experienced person. Always try to make verbal communication instead of written.

Mr Ravi Prabhakar loves those who do butter in G like Anupama Marvi Riya people who worked for 0 10 years and at the end, he behaves in a way that he doesn't know that employee even insulted them in very bad manners .
