Except for the founding Directors whole company is a mess.

Dislikes

Each department right from Production to sales to finance to imports are in petty politics and in a mess. Until I started and left the job, we had salaries pending for almost 50-60 days. Even untrue deductions were made in salary. They cheat employees as well as customers for looms money already paid to company and still awating delivery of looms for 6 months. HR department is for namesake and is most biased to people....Read More

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
