1) No break time due to high production, 2) No leave will be given even when you are extremely sick, 3) They will tell you that you have to work for 9hours however this is not true, you will have to work atleast 11 hours a day to complete the work and you will be forced to do overtime after that also, 4) despite of doing so much of work you have to do overtime of 50hours in every quarter & it is not written in offer letter, as this is an hidden clause, 5) Appraisal percentage is very very less, 6) management will treat you like a labour, managers will shout at you if you say something against them & even if you ask something from them, 7) shift timings will be changed anything, someday they will ask you to login at 6am and someday at 5pm, 8) you have to login before 30mins of your login time so that if there is an software issue that can be resolved,...Read More

Oracle corporate is good but in bpo its pathetic.

Dislikes

The management is not employee centric. Oracle being a big brand is very true for their employees but in oracle ofss bpo the heigher managemnt is not at all approachable.
