The firm is very good when it comes to knowledge and skill development. The management and staff here is quite supportive but as the firm has no frequent reward and recognition policy you get no option to evaluate yourself and your performance.

Dislikes

I think the firm can offer better pay and designation to the employees, as it will motivate them to work better. Also there should be a process of rating employees so that they can check their level of development and grow along the firm.
