Pros: Work work work ...There is clueless ,endless and view-less work will be forced to you to do that even you are not allowed to have a tea break before lunch. Your will never get fat because they won't give you proper time and environment to eat. You will learn about 3rd class politics which is played by company boss and hemal oza.

Cons: Every coin has two sides if there are some pros then some cons can also may exhibit. The company is led by one man army hemal oza the electrical head. who is every thing in this company. If he says this is night then you have to admit that this is night . He treats everyone like a labour which can can not leave the company premise either before last bell rings or without his permission. He plays very good politics. This company is unethical from head to toe. So beware of any career move for such company. egoistic Management. Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. Manager has full control on Appraisal system and policies. HR is mere spectator. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. Expect to work during weekend / from home without any extra benefit. You will get mentally disturbed in this environment....Read More
