I liked the company's kaizen activities and their method of making low cost parts is good and they provide good quality to the customers.

Dislikes

There are no regular orders due to which employees are fired, which I did not like.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
