1-After I joined the company I learned alot of things apart from sales they will train you in all types of fields like in software hardware and will make your personality better day by day. 2-Their promotion policy is also very good if you perform consistently better than before then you might get promotion very soon. 3-They will give you good salary according to your capabilities and incentives too....Read More

1- Work Life balance is not that good. 2-The only main drawback in the company I found was JOB SECURITY there's no job security in the company you even cannot predict when will they terminate you or will force you to give resignation without any reason (Only in Madhya Pradesh Indore Branch) I don't know about other state. 3-They will not give you any appointment letter.
