In this my head is ASM. Under him we are almost 25 members are there. We had different locations in Vijayawada to fallow up the sales. Every week we had meeting on sales and how to improve sales. Career was so nice in this and secure also. well in traveling elivence and caring of persons.

Dislikes

I had worked as a team leader. I had a team of 11 members. I had to coordinate them to increase sales in the market. When I am doing work I felt great and well in salary paying. Work environment is so peace full and career growth is well.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
