- People are very helpful and co-operative.

- Upper Management is very bad. - Strict Timings, 9 Hours should be completed anyhow, even one second disparity won’t be looked over. - Chinese Management People are even worse. - Promotions are given just as a title and designation change, no monetary benefits. - Favourite-ism by Managers - Managers don’t defend their team members- Indian Management is try to impress the Chinese Management which forces employees to come and work on the weekends as well. - HR Policies are not that Employed Friendly - Play Area has restricted timings - Zero Skill Development, no new things learnt, even a 12th Standard Passout can do the work....Read More

Overall, Culture of this company is neither good nor bad.There is huge infrastructure where you can learn everything such as Quality, Machines, Structure process, functional process. Infrastructure is good, Natural Environment is also good Canteen facility is almost ok,

No one help you until not ask your doubt except some seniors. Since it is MNC company,Daily Production is in crores ,so production should not be loss, if any problem comes related to Structure of functional you have to took action immediately, you have no more time to think to reach any decisions. Line should not be stopped at any cost. this is bad experience for me

They hire people on third party payroll. Don't pay enough. No appraisal no increment only pay incentives to top managers not real contributors. Even they hire people on contract basis for few months. Local government officials takes bribes from such companies and hide their good ups
