No management, ho humanity at all. Worst phase for someone who is still working there. If you could ask someone, that they wont be named, everyone will come out and say that this has been the worst company they have chosen to work for.

Good for freshers who are not able to find job can apply here. As interview process is easy and salary is satisfactory if you getting hard to find a good job.

No growth here. After 1yr you feel much more workload and salary not according to it.

No one wants to make you grow. Seniors gives the opportunity to their family members. Mostly they hire their own relatives to the company or someone whom they know very well, if any outsider gets hired then they don't get any opportunity to grow. So I'll say stay away from these kind of companies. No system is there in the company they says working days are monday to friday but they call you on every saturday and sunday for work with no extra pay....Read More
