Great company to work with as a product based company with good reputation

Dislikes

Poor HR policies. Manager can do whatever they can, HR won't check. (ex: one of the managers brought married couple into the same team which is against company policy) Also, he brought his girlfriend on contract basis, they chit chat in the meeting room pretending that he is giving training to her. Interestingly she does not have sufficient knowledge to work on the process. HR just did not stop this happen. These all things don't happen in good and strong companies.
