Likes

A place where you can learn a lot - be it as a support or R&D. Recognition is great as the headcount is not as huge as Service companies. All new technologies related to enterprise products. Bonus and hike are great.

Dislikes

Organizational principle is still based on old principles to record and follow the process. Yearly appraisal process is very slow and has a legacy policy.

Good team members to bond with Managers are cooperative and helpful Brainstorming sessions on various tech topics and research paper discussions
