Actually there are many ..I will talk about very few of them -unprofessional behaviour, no job security (Ur job is depend on Ur reporting lead/manager's comfort and rapo not on your work.especially in marketing team) your designation/hired for and work both will be different completely. No training on work and they won't disclose their team work process but they will point out it negatively with no time, they think their office culture is the best but it's really worst for a new employee, groupisim and target a employee is another culture inside teams and the list is really big 😸 which I experienced throughout my working days in openscg....Read More

I joined as a Sr. Business development executive but the level of work assigned to me was very besic and pathetic. Lack of experience in work management. Worst team and reporting lead. Couldn't fit intoteam's imature work culture so I was removed by lead
