The company offers remote working and provide ample opportunity to leant at work. Young leadership and open work culture makes work easier and faster. Work from home provides flexible working hours and a good work-life balance. The good part of working with the company is the team spirit and caring for each other.

Dislikes

While work from home has its own merits, it also comes with some disadvantages. Like no personal touch, frequent team calls, can be at times annoying. But if we look at the advantages like saving on travel time, etc. such downsides are okay for compromise.
