Working in onshore construction greatest experience ever and there's job security instead of losing job employee will be transferred to another location which is quite fair, onshore construction needs to work more on company policies in one to be able to compete with world class international companies

Dislikes

Onshore construction need to upgrade their increase employees incentives and put in place Bette facilities to increase employees morals or motivates employees and not always put blames on clients decision because good business negotiation will always bring good results

My learning on the job at onshore is fantastic though I've been with few experience not construction,my superiors here are second to none !
